Business acquisition Tecnovia by PM-BEARINGS

 

We as PM-BEARINGS are proud to announce the business acquisition of Tecnovia. As of the 15^th of May 2012 Tecnovia will be operating under the PM-Group and will be known in the future as PM-AEROTEC.

 

Tecnovia is a well-known company which operates in the same high level industry as PM-BEARINGS and is a strong and certified supplier of parts and modules for the aviation industry, sheet metal working and machine frame construction. Together with the other divisions of the PM-Group (PM-BEARINGS and PM-MOTION), PM-AEROTEC will continue all Tecnovia activities and serve a wide range of companies in the high level Industry.
