PM-Assembly

From the start in 1966 is the PM Assembly, a division of PM-Bearings b.v., with over 25 employees, specialized in develop, re-design and assembly of high precise mechanical components and high-tech modules. This gives us the opportunity to develop and built complete high-level systems and to operate as a well-known system integrator using our own manufactured bearings and components. Our experienced and high skilled mechanical and electrical engineers work on most complex systems, which are used in various applications.They also take the complete responibility for the build, test and quality of the product resulting in high levels of commitment and motivation.

The design,assembly and testing of the assemblies taking place in close cooperating with our customers.We offer enhanced assembly, test and stimulate facilities which are separated from all other activities.

For the assembly we offer conditioned and dust-free assembly rooms of 1000m2 and clean cells 150 m2 : The Cleanroom facility include class 100.000/ISO 8 and cell specific class 1000/ISO 6, it also included a product incubation area for unpacking, packing and prevent that contaminants enters the mainclean room. 

 

All your complex products and assemblies are carefully inspected in one of the measuring rooms. We use advanced measuring equipment like 3-D machines and laser interferometers. We are able to measuring the smallest tolerance in nanometer. Test results and inspection reports are enclosed by the shipment.
